LIMU Promoter + Enroller Email Drip Campaign
LIMU (now part of NewAge) was a direct sales company that relied partly on sales reps (referred to as Promoters) to grow their team by enrolling Promoters and helping them do the same. When a new Promoter joined the company, they gained access to dozens of tools, trainings and resources that they needed to be informed of in order to utilize. There were also key milestones in the new Promoter’s journey that required the assistance of their enroller to provide support and guidance as they navigated the business.
To make this onboarding experience as clear as possible, we developed an email drip campaign with two parts: communication directed towards the new Promoter and communication directed towards the existing Promoter (aka the enroller) who helped this person join the company.
The new Promoter received a welcome email that outlined their next steps, including directions on how to download the mobile app and set up their Back Office account so they could manage the day-to-day aspects of their business. The second email they received would notify them that their first product order was on the way. The final email in this campaign encouraged the Promoter to host their first in-person gathering where they could educate others on the perks of joining LIMU and potentially make new enrollments.
The enroller received a congratulatory email whenever they enrolled someone new, followed by a notification that they received their first product order. The third email in this campaign encouraged the enroller to stay in touch with the new Promoter and support them as they got acclimated to the business.

My primary role in this project was to strategically plan out the email flow, craft the copy used throughout, create the emails using HTML and deploy them using Acoustic Campaign, a cloud-based digital marketing platform.
